Eating Healthy Doesn’t Have to be Expensive!
There are a lot of food companies that focus on the keto diet these days. Surprisingly, you can even find cookies and brownies that are keto-friendly. Some of them aren’t the greatest, but some of them are actually quite tasty.
Additionally, some of them can be quite expensive, as well.
I think a lot of people assume you have to spend more money to eat healthier. I have to say, from experience, this is not true.
I promise it’s easier than you think.
Okay, the “staying disciplined”part is not easy. Getting started is not easy. However, once you get to a point where you are determined and say “I can do this.” It will get easier.
At that point, it will most likely become a habit, it will become a lifestyle.
You may have to try and try again, after relapsing on those carb-filled treats, but it is okay. Just do not give up, start again!

So, are you wondering what my keto-friendly grocery list looks like?
First, I have to add this. The first time I did the keto diet, my diet consisted of mostly eggs, meat, and cheese. As the time went on, I did find ways to enjoy new things.

Okay, the BUDGET FRIENDLY GROCERY LIST

- Eggs (lots of eggs)
- cooked in every way possible 🙂
- Breakfast Sausage
- Bacon
- Cheese
- Shredded Mozzarella
- Block Cheese
- String Cheese
- Sliced Cheese
- Cottage Cheese
- Pork Rinds
- Chicken Breast
- Pepperoni
- Banana Pepper Rings
- Peppers
- Steak
- Pretty much any meats
- Salads
- Chef Salads are one of my faves
- but be careful with salads that come with carrots
- Carrots contain quite a few carbs
- Tomatoes
- Ranch dressing
- Mayonnaise
- Hot Sauce
- Sour Cream
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Carb-smart Tortillas
- Lunch meat
- Cauliflower
- Broccoli
- Slim Jims
- Raspberries
- Strawberries
- Strictly Limit to less than a cup
- Coffee
- I only use zero sugar creamer
- Tuna Fish
- Any fish that is not breaded
- Bratwurst

I will add to it as time goes by, but for starters I’d say that’s plenty of options. That is pretty much my personal grocery list, for myself.
I will also be posting about certain recipes, and quick yummy snacks soon. Mostly using only the ingredients I mentioned here.
