
Less Carbs, More Fat
On your journey with the keto diet, there are certain foods you should avoid eating. Foods that are loaded with carbohydrates are the first on the list. As well as, foods/drinks that contain any amount of sugar.

Absolutely, NO SUGAR!
High Fats, Low Carbs, High Proteins.
Here is a list of “common” foods/drinks that you should avoid completely.
- Soda Pop
- Candy
- Ice Cream

I know, all of the goodies… but you can do it. It’s worth it.
- Potatoes
- French Fries
- Bread
- Chips
- Crackers
Remember, there are still so many yummy foods you can enjoy!

- Bacon!
- Any meat, actually
- Cheese
- Cottage Cheese
- Pork Rinds
- Vegetables
- Some fruits
- Eggs
The keto diet is becoming more and more popular as time goes on.
Since I started my journey in 2020, more companies, and even restaurants, have recognized the lifestyle. They are creating new recipes, and new products that are keto-friendly.

- Low-carb tortillas (one of my favorites)
- Sugar-free ice cream (some brands aren’t too bad, some are not so good)
- Chips
- Cookies
- Brownies
- Pizza crust
- Sauces like ketchup, or bbq
The list goes on and on, and continues to grow.
It Doesn’t Have to be Forever!
Remember, you are in control. Remember your goals. You are also still human, and we deserve to treat ourselves, too. With that being said, I recommend trying to go 100% full keto before you allow yourself a cheat day or anything like that. The beginning is the hardest. Get through that, start seeing results, and then you’ll know your limits.
